The User Interface Setup window enables you to configure the appearance and 
behavior of Agent Desktop.

This functionality is not available in Standard Desktop 

Administrator. 

The Toolbar tab (Figure 3-13) enables you to:

Show or hide buttons on the Agent Desktop toolbar

■

Associate actions with task buttons

■

Change task button hints

■

Change the size of the toolbar buttons and the size of the icons displayed 
on the buttons

■

Customize icons
