Acquire the software update files from Grass Valley (refer to 

Software upgrade packages may be available on the Grass Valley web 
site. The free FTP server software is also available.

Connect to the Grass Valley modular software upgrade site using 
the following URL:

http://www.thomsongrassvalley.com/downloads/

from the table. Files are located under 

. Here you will also find the free FTP server software.

Create a temporary download directory on your PC:

c:\temp\

Using the web browser, select the desired files. Click to download 
the file. You are queried to either 

 the file or 

. Select the 

 option and set the path to the temporary directory on your 

computer. 

This process will trigger the download of the file to your computer.

If you have access to an existing FTP Server’s directory, the module update 
files can be downloaded directly into that directory.
