Time Zone Operated Output Control
An output group can be switched by a time zone.
A time zone is an event timer that can be used to cause output groups to switch automatically on
selected days.
The timer allows one ‘on’ time period during selected days from Monday to Sunday. To set this up it is
necessary to add a new timezone.
1.
From the Main screen click ‘Log on’
The menu panel displays.
2.
Select ‘System’ ! ’User Setup’.
The ‘User Setup’ dialog box displays.
3.
Click the ‘Setup Automatic TimeZones’ button.
The ‘Time Zone Form’ displays

Click the ‘New’ button
5.
In the ‘Description’ box type a name for the new time zone
6.
Click to check any of the day boxes, Monday to Sunday that the output group is to be
activated.
7.
Set the time when the output group is to be activated on the selected days, in the ‘Time
On’ box
8.
Set the time when the output group is to be reset on the selected days, in the ‘Time Off’
box
9.
Select ‘Output Group’ from the ‘Action’ list box
10. Select the group of output relays to switch on when the time zone is on, from the ‘Group’
list box.
11. Click the ‘OK’ button to store the new time zone
The new time zone details will display in the time zone list.
