Ai Research warrants to the original retail purchaser, this product to be free from defective workmanship and material when used under normal conditions in accordance with the product’s

PANEL REMOVAL
DRIVER’S Side:
Remove dead pedal cover to reveal two 10mm nuts. Remove nuts (retain for later use) and remove dead pedal. Remove two Phillips
head screws below hood release and towards inside of kick panel. Remove kick panel.
DRIVER’S Side:
Remove dead pedal cover to reveal two 10mm nuts. Remove nuts (retain for later use) and remove dead pedal. Remove two Phillips
head screws below hood release and towards inside of kick panel. Remove kick panel.
PASSENGER’S Side:
Remove fuse panel cover to gain access to star retainer and remove. Remove the two Phillips head screws toward the inside of the kick
panel. Remove kick panel.

panel. Remove kick panel.
SPEAKER INSTALLATION
Cut the speaker holes into the Q-Forms before installing them into the vehicle. Install the speakers into the Q-Forms after they have been installed
into the vehicle. Install speaker wiring and crossover network as per manufacturer’s instructions. Using a hole saw of correct size, position pilot drill
on dimple at center of speaker mounting surface. Die grinder or keyhole saw may also be used.
Lay the supplied polyfill in and around the Q-forms cavity behind the speakers. Cut speaker mounting holes taking care as saw exits rear of panel.
Secure speakers into locations by driving screws through speaker bezel and into mounting surface. Be careful to center speakers in mounting
surface to allow clearance for grill shell. Install tweeters as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Install supplied bracket over studs that originally held the dead pedal with the smooth side facing up. Install the two 10mm nuts and
tighten. Install the supplied #8 x2” sheet metal screw through the pre-drilled hole in the bracket, through carpet and into floor pan. Lay
the Q-Forms kick panel in the approximate location and connect speaker wiring. Install panel into permanent position previously held by
original kick panel so that the pre-drilled holes in the Q-Form panel align with the holes in the threshold panel. Install two of the supplied
#8 x 1/2” sheet metal screws and tighten. (Be careful not to over tighten!) Install supplied #8 x 1/2" sheet metal screw through the pre-
drilled hole in the side of the Q-Forms panel, near the floor, and thread into plastic bracket while applying pressure to the front of the
panel to insure a tight fit against carpet. (Be careful not to over tighten!)

Lay Q-Forms kick panel in the approximate location and connect the speaker wiring. Install the Q-Form panel into the permanent
position previously held by original kick panel so that the pre-drilled holes in the panel align with the holes in the threshold panel. Install
two supplied #8 x 1/2” sheet metal screws and tighten. (Be careful not to over
tighten!)

position previously held by original kick panel so that the pre-drilled holes in the panel align with the holes in the threshold panel. Install
two supplied #8 x 1/2” sheet metal screws and tighten. (Be careful not to over
tighten!)
GRILLS:
Cut the supplied rubber U-channel in half( approximately 20” each”) Apply
rubber U-channel around the edge of the grill, trim excess U-channel if needed
and press grill into the grill opening in the Q-Forms panel.
