Adhesive bond (B-10)

The focus-shift adjustment/flange back adjustment should be completed.

1)

Remove parts indicated in Fig.4-8-1 from the lens unit.

Adjustment by tweezers

1)

Set the zoom to TELE end and the focus to infinity end.

2)

Adjust the pointer to the center of “

∞” mark by moving both right and left focus scale plate with tweezers.

: Be sure to hold tightly not to turn focus operation ring.

3)

Turn the focus ring from nearby infinity end to near end, then return to infinity end and confirm the pointer on focus scale window

becomes to the center of “

∞” mark.

4)

Apply the adhesive bond (B-10) to the indicated portion of focus scale plate.
