Modem status LED not ON
1. Open a local Telnet session with the V390i, as described in
Creating a Local Telnet Connection on page 33.
2. Check the downstream parameters by entering
cd doc
> dsdiag.
3. The following downstream parameters should have the
following values:
QAM = LOCKED, FEC = LOCKED,
QAM = LOCKED, FEC = LOCKED,

at least 24 dB for 64QAM, at least 19 dB for
16QAM , and at least 13 dB for QPSK.
