Setting
Time, Distance, and
Calorie Alerts
1. Select MODE > Training > Run

2. Select Time Alert, Distance Alert,
or Calorie Alert.

can set up advanced alerts for heart rate
and cadence.

revolutions of the crank arm per

3. Set the parameters for your heart
rate or cadence alerts.
