If the Configuration Page Does Not Print, or is Unreadable
If the configuration page does not print successfully (as described on page5-4), try the
steps below. If the page prints but is unreadable, note step 4 particularly.

1. Make sure your printer is connected to your print server by a USB A-to-B cable. (This
is the standard USB cable.) Make sure that the cable is connected firmly to both the
printer and the print server; fully inserting the plug into the print server takes more
force than most USB connections.
