Factory Configuration (FCFG)
The FCFG are programmed by the TI production test for each device. The FCFG contains device-specific
trim values and configuration. Most of the trim values are used by TI bootcode, RF core, ROM code, or
are provided by TI software automatically.

Some of the more useful fields in FCFG are MAC_15_4_* fields, which give the preprogrammed IEEE
address of the chipset and the MAC_BLE_* fields that give the Bluetooth Smart address of the chipset.
