2.2.4 J4, XDS100V2 USB JTAG Interface
The USB connector J4 is used to connect to the host development system which is running the software
development IDE (CCS for example).

Before the board is shipped, the XDS100V2 port1 is configured as JTAG, and port2 is configured as SCI.
