You can activate up to four G-switches, signals, uncoupling tracks or other
accessories with the switch control box. Each momentary contact controls one
accessory article. The switch control box is connected to a direct current or
alternating current source (up to 24 V) via the connection (black strip terminal X5)
on the rear side. An LED shows whether the switch control box is receiving power.
The accompanying stickers label the individual designation of the momentary
contact configuration and the outputs X1-X4. (

• Power input (INPUT) may only be conducted from one transformer to the black

strip terminal X5.

• All connection work must fundamentally be conducted with the operating

voltage switched off.

• The power source must be fused in such a way that no cable fire can break out

in the event of a short circuit.

• The connection pins may not be inserted into an electrical socket.

• If possible, use PIKO transformer #35005, #35000 or other approved,

commercial quality transformers with the picture signal

• Set up your control panel, power supply units, regulators and so on in such way

that they are protected from weather conditions as much as possible. Cover the
control panel in the winter and in poor weather.

Mit dem Stellpult können Sie bis zu vier G-Weichen, Signale, Entkupplungsgleise oder
anderes Zubehör betätigen. Jeder Momenttaster bedient einen Zubehör-Artikel. Das
Stellpult wird über den Anschluss (schwarze Klemmleiste X5) auf der Rückseite an eine
Gleich- oder Wechselstromquelle (bis 24 V) angeschlossen. Eine LED zeigt an, ob das
Stellpult mit Strom versorgt wird. Die beiliegenden Aufkleber dienen der individuellen
Kennzeichnung der Momenttaster-Belegung und zur Kennzeichnung der Ausgänge
X1-X4. (

• Die Einspeisung (INPUT) darf nur von einem Transformator an der schwarzen

Klemmleiste X5 erfolgen.

• Alle Anschlussarbeiten sind grundsätzlich bei abgeschalteter Betriebsspannung

durchzuführen.

• Die Stromquelle muss so abgesichert sein, dass es im Falle eines Kurzschlusses nicht

zum Kabelbrand kommen kann.

• Die Verbindungsstifte dürfen nicht in eine Steckdose eingeführt werden.

• Verwenden Sie möglichst den PIKO Transformator #35005, #35000 oder andere

handelsübliche zugelassene Transformatoren mit dem Bildzeichen

.

• Stellen Sie Ihr Schaltpult, wie auch Ihre Netzgeräte, Regler usw.

möglichst wettergeschützt auf. Decken Sie das Pult im Winter und bei schlechtem
Wetter ab.

Es ist möglich, mehrere Stellpulte miteinander mit dem beigelegten Verbindungsele-
ment zu verbinden, ohne jedesmal eine zusätzliche Leitung vom Trafo zu verlegen.
Entfernen Sie dazu auf der entsprechenden Seite die Buchsenabdeckung.
Stecken Sie die beiden Verbindungsstifte in die Buchsen (



). Jetzt haben Sie einen 

2-poligen Ausgang an einer Seite. Sie können jetzt Ihr Pult mit einem weiteren Pult

verbinden.

Achtung!
• Innerhalb einer Kaskade darf nur ein Pult an einer Spannungsquelle

(Trafo, Gleich- oder Wechselstrom) angeschlossen werden.

• Mehrere Pulte dürfen nur über die seitlichen Ausgänge elektrisch miteinander ver-

bunden (zu einer Kaskade zusammengeschaltet) werden.

• An den seitlichen Verbindungsbuchsen liegt immer die Stromart an, die bei INPUT

(Gleich- oder Wechselstrom) eingespeist wird. Die grünen Klemmen (X1-X4)
an der Rückseite (OUTPUT) liefern hingegen immer Gleichstrom.

It is possible to connect more than one switch control box with one another using
the enclosed connection element, eliminating the necessity of laying an additional
power line from the transformer each time.
To do so, remove the cover on the corresponding side of the connector.
Insert the two connection pins into the connectors (

).  You now have a 2-pole

output on one side.  You can now connect your control panel with another control
panel.
Attention!
• Within one cascade, only one control panel may be connected with one power

supply unit (transformer, direct current or alternating current).

• Numerous panels may only be electrically connected with each other via the out-

puts located on the side (interconnected into a cascade).

• The type of electrical current (direct or alternating current) fed into INPUT is

always indicated on the connectors located at the side. In contrast, the green
clamps (X1-X4) on the rear side (OUTPUT) always deliver direct current.
