8-3 Replacing the Throttle Potentiometer
1.
Remove 6off Security screw (M5x10) and remove the Throttle Cover and
Cable Joint Plate.

Remove 2off Pozi head screws (M4x10), and remove the potentiometer
complete with bracket and gear.

Loosen the grub screw (M4x10) and remove the gear.
4.
Replace the potentiometer taking care to connect the correct colour wire
to the correct terminal.
When replacing the potentiometer ensure that the locating tab engages in
the hole in the pot bracket.
