Follow these steps to create a Send email action:  

 

 

ω 

Click on the  

Add button  

ω 

Name:  

Enter the name of the new action (unique action identifier)  

ω 

Type:  

Select "Send email"  

ω 

Server:  

Enter the name of the relay SMTP server (e.g. mail.server.com)  

ω 

Recipient:  

Enter the e-mail address. To send the message to several recipients, separate their 
addresses by a comma or semi colon. 

ω 

The Sender, Subject and Message fields can be customized as above. 

Notes:  
1) The "Send an e-mail" action is already pre-configured as above in the installation 
default. You can use the Duplicate function to create new actions configured in the 
same way.  
2) Some SMTP servers require an email address in the Sender field (and sometimes a 
valid email address)
