Installing Crossover Washer OPL Liquid Supply Kit

PARTS REQUIRED:  

Kit 096445 containing: 

 

3 barbed “L” fittings 

 

2 Electrical fitting adapter washers 

 

1 Trigger signal harness 

 

1 Coin vault / card bay opening cover  

 
INSTRUCTIONS: 
 

1.  Unplug washer from the electrical supply.

 

 

2.  Remove the machine’s top panel. 

 
 
 

3. 

Support the soap dispenser housing and 
carefully drill 1/8” pilot holes in the center 
of those chemical ports on the top of the 
dispenser (Fig. 1) that are intended for 
use.

 

 

4.  Use a 13/32 or 10 mm bit to enlarge the 

pilot holes that were drilled in step 3. (Fig. 
1). Do not use other sizes of bits for this 
step.
