Transfer 
(Local) 
In order to transfer an active call, press 
FCN

. This places the call 
on hold and gives you a dial tone for a second call on the same line 
appearance. Dial the number that you want to forward the call to 
and then press 
FCN

 again. The dialed number is called and your 
call is disconnected. This is a blind transfer. For a consulted 
transfer, press 
FCN

, dial the number, and then press the 
Dial
 
softkey. When the party answers, have your conversation and then 
press 
FCN

 to transfer the held call and disconnect the first call. 
If the second call on the active line appearance is already in use, a 
consulted transfer is made to the party on that call. Press

place the first call on hold and converse with the second call. Press 
FCN

 again to transfer the held call and disconnect both calls. 
Do not disturb 
(Local) 
Activate the do-not-disturb feature to reject all incoming calls with a 
busy indication by pressing 
FCN

. The handset will not ring for 
new incoming calls. Press 
FCN

 again to resume ringing. 
When the do-not-disturb feature is enabled, the standby screen will 
display 
Do Not Disturb.
 
Voicemail  When the voicemail icon displays dial the number assigned to 
message retrieval and follow system instructions to retrieve 
messages.  
Alternately, if configured, the voicemail system can also be accessed 
by pressing the 
Msg
 softkey, which will appear after selecting a line 
and before beginning to dial. 
The 
LINE
 menu will display a plus (
+
) indication when there is a new 
voicemail for that line. Indications are cleared when the handset 
receives notification that all new voicemail messages have been 
read.
