c An image cannot be recovered once it is

• Is the cable connected 

properly?

c Connect the cable properly.

• Is the photo frame turned 

on?

c Turn both the photo frame and the camera.

Nothing happens 
even if the USB 
cable is 
disconnected and 
then re-connected.

c An over current error may have occurred 

with the photo frame. Turn off the power 
of the photo frame and turn it on again.

c The USB device may not be compatible 

with the photo frame.

Images are not 
displayed on the 
TV screen or LCD 
screen.

• Is the input of the TV set to 

external input?

c Even if the input of the TV is not set to the 

photo frame, images may sometimes not 
be displayed on the TV screen or LCD 
screen if an HDMI cable is connected.

c Change the input of the TV to the photo 

frame, or disconnect the HDMI cable  
from the photo frame and switch the 
display to the LCD screen.

Nothing happens 
even if you operate 
the photo frame.

c Push the reset switch on the back of the 

photo frame using a long, thin object such 
as a pin, etc. (page 9).

The photo frame 
does not start.

c Use maintenance mode to initialize the 

system of the photo frame (page 29).
