Saved messages list and Draft message list
In the saved message list, you can save, edit later and send 
an SMS. All SMS texts that are interrupted by incoming calls 
while they are being written are automatically saved in the 
draft message list.
Saving an SMS into the saved message list
After you finish writing an SMS (page 11).

Editing/sending an SMS
You are reading an SMS from a list. You can edit and send it 
as a new SMS, see page 11.
Outgoing message list
In the outgoing message list, you will find all the SMS 
you have sent, including those that were not delivered 
successfully.

The SMS in the outgoing message list can be further edited 
like those in the draft message list.
Incoming message list (received SMS)
All SMS received are saved in the incoming message list. 
The incoming message list contains:
all received SMS, sorted by reception time
status reports.
New SMS are indicated by the 
 symbol in the display and 
the flashing of the SMS key

 and are marked with the 
status "New" in the incoming message list.
Linked text messages are displayed as one message. If this 
is too long or has not transferred completely, it will be split 
into individual messages. Since an SMS remains in the list 
even after it has been read, you should regularly delete 
SMS from the list (see page 12).
The display tells you if the message memory is full.

Open the incoming message list
Continue as described in "Reading/deleting SMS from the 
list", page 12.
When you have read a new message, it loses its "New
status.

Replying to, forwarding or saving an SMS
You are reading an SMS (page 12).

If the memory is full when a new SMS arrives, 
an SMS that is saved from the incoming mes-
sage list is moved to the list of saved SMS and 
not automatically deleted as in the incoming 
message list.
