The project command allows you to add or clear a project. If a project has been added via the project 
command prior to issuing a groupuse start command, a projectdefb log is automatically logged to the 
default group destination by the groupuse start sequence.

Project add defines a project with parameters project, agency and observer.

Project clear undefines a project, and prevents the projectdefb log from being logged to the default 
group destination by the groupuse start sequence.
