This is the QAT-AL main ISR

Used by ASD to bind to the Ring
Controller IRQ for processing of
interrupts on rings 0-31.
QatComms_bh_handler
This is the QAT-AL Bottom Half
function
Used by ASD to bind to the
Bottom Half Interrupt Handler
for processing of interrupts on
rings 0-31.
QatComms_bh_schedule_register
This function call enables the
ASD register a function that will
allow QAT-AL to schedule the
Bottom Half Interrupt Handler
