Setting the distinctive ring

From the control panel, press Fax.

Note:
•
The name for the fax machine should not exceed 20 characters.
•
The MFP does not support double–byte characters for names, such as 
Chinese, Japanese, or Korean. You cannot enter a name using these 
languages.

Press Stop to return to the Ready prompt.
