Basic Operations
Sending Documents via LAN
Document(s) can be sent via LAN to a single or multiple email addresses.
The following Email Addressing methods can be selected:
• Manual Email Addressing
• Phone Book Email Addressing
• Multiple Station Email Addressing
• Phone Book Email Addressing
• Multiple Station Email Addressing
Memory Transmission mode is always selected when sending document(s) to an email address via LAN.
The document is always stored into memory first, then the machine starts to send the email message.
Direct Transmission, Voice Mode Transmission, and Redialing features are not available for sending documents
via LAN.
