This section describes sleep mode. 

Sleep mode is the mode in which CPU and on-chip bus are stopped and only the peripherals run. In sleep 

mode, there are the following modes according to the difference in the range of functional blocks to be 

stopped .

  CPU sleep mode 

: Only CPU is stopped. 

⋅

  Bus sleep mode 

: Both CPU and on-chip bus are stopped. 

 

The stop state continues until a wake up request occurs. It is possible to return to programmed operation 

within a few clock times by generating a wake up request.
