This section explains features of the internal low-voltage detection (internal power supply
low-voltage detection).
The low-voltage detection circuit

Function
: Generates a reset signal for the Setting Initialization Reset if a voltage LVDV
± 0.1V or less is detected. (LVDV : 0.9
V
)

Operation
: Continues to operate in sleep mode, stop mode, and watch mode.
⋅
Voltage comparator
: Compares the internal power supply voltage to the detection voltage level,
and changes output from "H" to "L" if a low-voltage is detected.
After the power is turned on the voltage comparator operates constantly.
