This section explains the overview of the regulator control. 

The operation of the regulator that generates the internal voltage is automatically changed according to the 

device state transition.   

It is changed automatically to following three regulator modes. 

•  Main mode (at normal operation) 

•  Sub mode (at sub run) 

•  Standby mode(at STOP mode and Watch mode)
