5.2.7.   Internal Low-Voltage Detection Reset 
The internal low-voltage detection reset is shown. 
Low-voltage detection (internal voltage) is a hardware reset input from the low-voltage detection circuit 
located inside of the device. The reset from this reset source is detected as irregular reset. After the detection, 
an initialize reset (INIT) will be issued.

details on voltage detection.
