5.3.1.   Generation of Reset Request 
The generation of a reset request is shown. 
A reset request will be generated when at least one reset factor is retrieved. The reset request will be notified 
to the internal bus controller, and the following processing will be executed.

  Stop the CPU programs running (same processing as sleep mode) 
⋅
  Acquire bus control right of the on-chip bus 
⋅
  Confirm that idle request has been notified to all busses
