PCTV Sat CI is a PCI board with a tuner for digital satellite reception
(DVB-S) of free and encrypted TV and radio programs and, at the same
time, serves as a capture board. Amongst other things, PCTV Sat CI
provides full TV functionality on a PC: You can display TV pictures on the
PC monitor in any size you choose. In addition, individual images or
sequences from the current TV program can be recorded and played back.
