Parameter modification
While you are in Parameter Modification mode, the button definitions are as follows:

Button
Description
Up
Changes the parameter value to the next valid value in the upward direction.
Note: While in this mode, the 
S symbol is displayed in the lower right character 
position of the display to indicate that pressing the Up button will increase the value 
of the parameter.
Down
Changes the parameter value to the next valid value in the downward direction.
Note: While in this mode, the 
T symbol is displayed in the lower right character 
position of the display to indicate that pressing the Down button will decrease the 
value of the parameter.
Left, Center 
or Right
Switches the display mode back to the Manual Menu Navigation mode. The front 
panel display will continue to show the current menu item.
Note: While in this mode, a 
X symbol is displayed in the upper right character 
position of the display to indicate that selection is possible for this menu item. If no 
symbol appears in the display, this menu item is not selectable, and pressing the 
Center (or Right) button has no effect for this menu item.
Left
Goes back to the previous menu. For example, pressing the Left button will undo the 
action previously initiated by pressing the Center (or Right) button.
Main menu
The top level menu selections for the front panel display are as follows:
Display Rx Status
Display Tx Settings
Configure Control LAN
To scroll through these top level menu selections when the Avocent logo is present, press any of 
the four arrow buttons. To navigate through these items, press the 
Up
 or 
Down
 buttons. To select 
and display a corresponding sub-menu, press the 
Center
 or 
Right
 buttons. Press the 
Left
 button to 
return the front panel display to the Avocent logo. 
Display Rx status
The sub-menu for this selection provides continually updated real-time receiver status. The 
following information is provided:
Receiver identification: MAC address and friendly name
