4.6.2 Create a New Network Descriptor

A new Network Descriptor is created with the

  command.

In the following example, a new Network descriptor is created, named net1:

The result of this operation can be verified with the 

 command.

For the newly created Network Descriptor in this example, all parameters are unset. 
Setting of the parameters is described in the next section.
