The following items are reported in the table above:

Link number – The links are PHYs, numbered P0 through P23
•
Port number – D01 through D16 represent drive slots. Each slot has one
PHY. D13 through D16 are empty on J310s units. See “Drive Numbering” on
page 19.
CN1 and CN2 represent the external SAS port connectors. Each port has
four PHYs. CN1 is labeled with a circle icon. CN2 is labeled with a diamond
icon. See Figure 3 on page 33
