The unit detects a Controller Card protection switch. Data is routed from 
the primary to stand-by card.
Communication Fail

The Controller Cards can no longer communicate.
T1/E1 Alarms

The unit has lost the receive signal on a T1/E1.
XCV

The controller card is receiving code violations in excess of the user 
specified threshold. Refer to
