frequency of the flashes increases with increased 
traffic.
Off
The card is not sending or receiving data.
10/100/1000
Yellow
The port is operating at 1000 Mb/s.
Green
The port is operating at 100 Mb/s.
Off
The port is operating at 10 Mb/s.
