CORRECTIVE ACTION
None of the LEDs 
turn on when I 
turn on the 
Prestige.
Make sure that the Prestige’s power adaptor is connected to the Prestige and an 
appropriate power source. Check that the power source is turned on.
Disconnect the Prestige’s power and reconnect it.
If the error persists, you may have a hardware problem. In this case, you should 
contact your vendor.

I cannot access the 
Prestige from the 
LAN.
Check your Ethernet cable connections. Refer to the Quick Start Guide for LAN 
connection instructions.
Check for faulty Ethernet cables.
Make sure the computer's Ethernet adapter is installed and functioning properly.
I cannot ping any 
computer on the 
LAN.
The LAN LED on the front panel should be on. If it is off, check the cables 
between the Prestige and your computer or switch.
Verify that the IP address and the subnet mask of the Prestige’s LAN port and 
the computers are on the same subnet.
