26.2  View Log 
The web configurator allows you to look at all of the X6004’s logs in one location. 
Click Report > LOGS > System Log > View Log to open the View Log screen. Use this 
screen to see the logs for the categories that you selected in the Log Setting screen (see 
). Options include logs about system errors and administrator logins.
The log wraps around and deletes the old entries after it fills. Click a column heading to sort 
the entries. A triangle indicates ascending or descending sort order.

Each field is described in the following table. 
INFO
Information logs are created when normal events occur. For 
example, a successful creation of a SIP extension.

DEBUG
Debugging logs are used by service and development engineers 
to monitor the operations of the X6004. It is recommended not to 
turn these logs on unless instructed by support technicians.

Show Filter 
Click this button to filter the logs you want to view. The screen changes to the one 
shown in 
Display 
Select a category of logs to view; select All Logs to view logs from all of the log 
categories that you selected in the Log Setting page. Refer to 
 for more information on log categories.
Email Log Now 
Click Email Log Now to send the log screen to the e-mail address specified in the 
Log Setting page (see 
Refresh
Click Refresh to renew the log screen. 
Clear Log 
Click Clear Log to delete all logs. 
Total logging 
entries
This field displays the total number of log entries on the X6004.
entries per page
Select the total number of messages that you want to display on one page.
Page 
This field displays which page of the log you are currently viewing. It is in “current 
page/total pages” format. In other words “1/4” means that you are viewing the first 
page of a four page log file.
