X6004 User’s Guide

At the time of writing ZyXEL offers the V100 SoftPhone. Contact your vendor 
for more information.

• SIP extension registration - the number of SIP extensions you can create on the X6004 is 

limited by your service subscription. In order to add more SIP extensions to the X6004, 
you need to register additional extensions via myZyXEL.com.

Use this screen to register your X6004 with myZyXEL.com and activate a service, such as a 
softphone license. Click Maintenance > License Control > Registration in the navigation 
panel to open the screen shown next.

If you select Existing myZyXEL.com account, only the User Name and 

Password fields are available.

New 

myZyXEL.com 

account

If you haven’t created an account at myZyXEL.com, select this option and 

configure the following fields to create an account and register your X6004.

Existing 

myZyXEL.com 

account

If you already have an account at myZyXEL.com, select this option and enter your 

user name and password in the fields below to register your X6004.

User Name

Enter a user name for your myZyXEL.com account. The name should be between 

6 ~ 20 alphanumeric characters. Underscores are allowed but spaces are not.

Check

Click this button to check with the myZyXEL.com database to verify the user name 

you entered has not been used.
