6.19.1  Settings for Calendar and Clock 
 
Press the MENU key to access the menu data screens and press the 'down' arrow 
 
key to scroll to the present date and time adjustment screen:

Press the F1 key to display the following active adjustment screen:

>ENTER:NEXT DATA 
 
 
Press the "up/down" arrows to increment or decrement the character(s) above the flashing 
 cursor. 
 
 
Press the ENTER key to advance the cursor. 
 
6.19.2  Adjusting the Buzzer Volume 
 
Press the MENU key to access the menu data screens and press the 'down' arrow key to 
 
scroll to the present buzzer volume adjustment screen display: 
 
BUZZER VOLUME ADJUST
<LOUD> MEDIUM  SOFT

Press the F1 key to display the following active adjustment screen: 
 
BUZZER VOLUME ADJUST

Δ/∇: CHANGE DATA   
>ENTER:ACCEPT CHANGE 
 
 
Press the 'up' or 'down' arrow key to move the marker between the three buzzer volume 
 
levels. Press ENTER key to confirm the change or press MENU key to discard any 
 
changes and return to the menu data screen. 
 
6.19.3  Settings for Display Duration 
 
The LCD display is designed to automatically switch off after a user-designated period of 
 
inactivity. When setting this feature, press the MENU key to access the menu data screens 
 
and press the 'down' arrow key to scroll to the LCD-Idle Mode Select screen display:
