Use the area virtual-link hello-interval command in Router OSPFv3
Configuration mode to configure the hello interval for the OSPF virtual
interface on the virtual interface identified by
areaid and neighbor.

areaid virtual-link neighbor hello-interval seconds

areaid virtual-link neighbor hello-interval

areaid — Valid OSPFv3 area identifier.

neighbor — Router ID of neighbor.
•
seconds — Hello interval. (Range: 1-65535)
