OSPFv3 Commands
Example
The following example configures the retransmit interval of 20 seconds for
the OSPF virtual interface on the virtual interface identified by area 1 and its
neighbor.
(config)#ipv6 router ospf
(config-rtr)#area 1 virtual-link 2 retransmit-
interval 20
area virtual-link transmit-delay
Use the area virtual-link transmit-delay command in Router OSPFv3
Configuration mode to configure the transmit delay for the OSPF virtual
interface on the virtual interface identified by
areaid and neighbor.
Syntax
area
areaid virtual-link neighbor transmit-delay seconds
no area
areaid virtual-link neighbor transmit-delay
•
areaid — Valid OSPFv3 area identifier.
•
neighbor — Router ID of neighbor.
•
seconds — Transmit delay interval. (Range: 0-3600)
Default Configuration
1 is the default value for
seconds.
Command Mode
Router OSPFv3 Configuration mode.

This command has no user guidelines.
