Contact Record
FaxFinder accepts a contact record formatted as:
Type, Username,Contact Name,Fax Number,Organization,Phone Number

The username for user who the contact belongs to; an alpha numeric string without
spaces

The contact’s name; can contain spaces

Phone Number The contact’s phone number; any format accepted, for example, (###) ###-#### or

The following are contact record examples:

Importing Users
1.
Click Import.
2.
Click Browse and select the file you want to import.

Select merge to append the file to the existing list. Select replace to replace the existing list with the
list you import. Merge is the default.

Exporting a User List
1.
Click Export and then click Save.

Browse to a destination and click Save the file as a CSV file.
