Even if you have defined an individual send MSN for the handset (page 67), you can 

select another MSN as the send MSN before each call, e. g. for individual recording of 

charges.
Make sure that the send/receive MSN corresponds to the phone number registered with 

your SMS centre (page 35).
By default, MSN next call is not activated for any MSN. 

You can set up your handset so that after pressing the Talk key 

c or the handsfree key d 

a list of all available send MSNs is displayed (page 68).

Requirement: The exchange supports this feature.
Callback when busy – CCBS (Completion of calls to busy subscriber)
The subscriber you are calling is currently making a call. Automatic callback saves you 

making repeated attempts to dial the number.
Callback when the call is not answered – CCNR (Completion of Calls No Reply)
If the person you call does not answer, you can initiate an automatic callback; as soon 

as the person finishes their call and is free again, you will receive the callback. The call-

back request is automatically cancelled after about 2 hours (depending on the 

exchange).

The subscriber you are calling is busy or your call is not answered:

The handset rings with a special ring and the display shows the callback number.

Hold down (return to idle status).

The temporarily set send MSN is displayed as the phone number for the 

person you are calling.

Wait for confirmation from the exchange.

The connection is established.
