Action
Cause: The controller cannot communicate with a device. The device may be 
removed. There may also be a bad or loose cable.
Action: Check if the device is in and not removed. If it is in, check the cables. Also 
check the connection to the controller battery and the battery health. A battery 
with a weak or depleted charge may cause this alert.

Action: Check the cables. Check if the controller has a supported version of the 
driver and firmware. You can download the current version of the driver and 
firmware from the support site. Rebooting the system may also resolve this 
problem.
