  DCP Maximum Packet Size Register (DCPMAXP) 
DCPMAXP is a register that specifies the maximum packet size for the DCP. 
This register is initialized by a power-on reset.

When the host controller function is selected, these 
bits specify the communication target peripheral 
device address. 
0000: Address 0000

Other than above: Setting prohibited 
These bits should be set after setting the DEVADDn 
register corresponding to the value to be set in 
these bits. 
For example, before setting DEVSEL to 0010 the 
DEVADD2 register should be set. 
These bits should be set while CSSTS is 0, PID is 
NAK, and SUREQ is 0. 
Before modifying these bits after modifying the PID 
bits for the DCP from BUF to NAK, check that 
CSSTS and PBUSY are 0. However, if the PID bits 
have been modified to NAK by this module, 
checking PBUSY is not necessary. 
When the function controller function is selected, 
these bits should be set to B'0000.
