The control module package can be easily removed for service or oven 
cleaning. If necessary, heating elements can be replaced in just two 
hours—far less downtime than similar ovens requiring up to a day or  
more for heating element replacement.
*Without optional perimeter system, which adds 5” width and 1 ¼” depth.
NOTE: Model VCH88 requires two separate electrical connections. Electrical 
requirements listed are per section.
