Off—The power is off.

Blinking green—The printer is warming up, processing data, or printing.

Solid green—The printer is on, but idle.

Blinking red—Operator intervention is needed.

Note: An error beep sounds when you press 

 if a flash drive is connected and the USB menu

is displayed.

Redial/Pause

Press once to cause a two- or three-second dial pause in a fax number. In the “Fax To” field,
a Dial Pause is represented by a comma (,).

Press to redial a fax number.
