Displays OSPF interface information.
show ip ospf interface [interface_name]
Syntax Definitions
interface_name
The name of the interface.

Usage Guidelines
Not specifying an interface name displays all known interfaces for the OSPF router.
Examples
No interface name is specified:
-> show ip ospf interface

output definitions
Interface Name
The name of the interface.
DR Address
The designated router IP address on this network segment. Make sure
you configure a VLAN for the router IP. (See
you configure a VLAN for the router IP. (See
for more information.)
Backup DR Address
The IP address of the backup designated router.
Vlan
The VLAN to which the interface is assigned.
Admin Status
The current administration status of the interface, either enabled or
disabled.

Oper Status
Whether the interface is an active OSPF interface.
State
The current state of the OSPF interface. It will be down, up, dp, dr, or
other.
