1. On the AlphaSmart device, press

. The SmartApplets menu appears.

3. Use the arrow keys to scroll the list, then select KeyWords and 

press 

. The KeyWords startup screen appears.

When you add a student, the name appears under the Add a student 
option. Use the down arrow to scroll the names. Press 

 to select 

a name and enter the password to begin.

An AlphaSmart device can store up to eight students. 

Select a SmartApplet and press enter:

- AlphaWord 3.0

- Calculator 3.0

Select your name or choose to add name:

- Teacher options

- Add a student
