Beginning lessons

until you see your name, select it, and press

Beginning lessons
After you add yourself as a student, you can begin stepping through
the lessons. The first lesson is an introductory overview of how to sit
properly and where to place your hands on the keyboard. The
lessons that follow help you learn new keys, build speed and
accuracy, and test your proficiency.
