Removing the ICB files from the Personal Forms Library (way 1)
Step
Action

Open Microsoft Outlook.

Right-click Calendar in the Folder List.

Choose Properties. The Calendar Properties window opens.

Select the Forms tab.

Click Manage. The Forms Manager window opens.

Click Set in the left half of the window. The Forms Manager window
has two Set buttons. The one on the right is inactive.

Select Personal Forms in the Forms Library.

Click OK.

Select the ICB form(s) to be deleted from the list in the panel on
the left side of the window.

Click Delete.

Click Yes in the confirmation dialog box.

Click Clear Cash.

Click Close to close the Forms Manager window.

Click OK to close the Calendar Properties window.
