Even without turning on the device web surfing can be executed with a one-touch
operation by using the One-touch web surfing switch.
When the unit is connected to a phone line or a cellular phone and the One-touch
web surfing switch is pressed, connection is automatically established and capture
of information commences. When gathering of information is completed, the power
is turned off automatically.

 

To view the captured home pages, launch the Web Surfing application and tap the
Show Download Page button.

•

  The green lamp lights while the unit is connected to the Internet. It goes out

when gathering of information is completed and the connection is terminated.

•

  If you turn the power on after the One-touch web surfing switch is pressed, the

dialog box showing the results of the web surfing appears.

•

  Placing the One-touch web surfing switch at the locked 

 position prevents the

One-touch web surfing switch from being pressed unintentionally.

Note:
The One-touch web surfing switch can be used even if a password is set for the
unit.
