This software allows you to record a 1-minute video, with sound, using the internal
camera in the device. Recorded images and audio can be attached to e-mail and
sent.

•

  Windows cannot be moved or iconized.

•

  When a window is inactive, image is paused. However, if recording is in

progress, recording continues even while the window is inactive.

•

  The Suspend Mode (in which the device is powered down) is disabled while

recording or saving images.

•

  The screen is not dimmed during recording even if power reduction settings are

made in ‘back light’ in the Control Panel.

•

  If the software is shut down or the power is turned off during recording, the

recording will be canceled.

•

  Although other software running concurrently may obscure your view of the

image, camera operation is not affected.

This section explains how to prepare for recording using the device in tablet
configuration. When using the keyboard configuration, please refer to ‘Recording’
later in this manual.

1.  Attach the keyboard hard cover.

Attaching the keyboard hard cover makes the device easier to carry.

 

2.  Tap the 

 icon to reverse screen display.

Screen display reverses and the keyboard locks.
You can also lock the keyboard with Keyboard Lock in the Control Panel.

3.  Make sure that the modem jack and serial connector cover are closed.

Caution:
Damage will result if the display is rotated without closing the modem jack and
serial connector cover.

4.  Gently turn rotate the display to put the device into tablet configuration.
